A great number of new machines, always up to date, composed of automatic lathes flush (n°12 Eubama), mechanical multi-spindle lathes, (n°4 Gildemeister), single spindle lathes with numerical control for the most sophisticated productions (n°3 Gildemeister) and a transfer from bar (Trans-bar buffoli), which can run until 26 profiling tools.
Thanks to its own machines (transfer and / or work centers) managed by some artisans in the area, Bianchi Angelo &C. S.r.l,, can provide reworking and assembly operations.

The standard modified alcohol process is facilitated by the automatic loading of the perforated boxes and the reading of the washing cycle according to the control plan. For the most critical components in their geometry, customized programs can also be chosen with the use of ultrasound. The use of a protective product can be selected for components produced with materials subject to oxidation.

From the acceptance of the raw material to the approval of the final product, scheduled line checks are carried out and recorded according to a control plan.
Control benches throughout the production area, including networked gauges, altimeters and intertests to complete the control cycle. The standard cycle includes dimensional checks every 20 minutes on all dimensions, while for different requests we can carry out a statistical analysis through X-R charts and customized verification cycles.

We carry out a check on the chemical composition of the material using external laboratories.
