“Bianchi Angelo L.t.d“ is an Italian company which supplies mechanical high-precision products achieved using bar, wire and pressing. This company was founded in Brignano Gera D’adda (BG) in the year 1950. Expertise and high degree of specialization are two essential requirements. The company can supply details with a diameter of up to 55 mm. Moreover, all of our products are characterized by high quality and high degree of specialization as a guarantee of excellent performance. The staff of 15 employees and the machine park of 20 lathes today allow “Bianchi Angelo L.t.d“ to serve a vast customer portfolio that spans to the most diverse sectors such as electrical, sanitary, white goods, etc.

Technical support
Support in the design phase in order to develop new products or eventually to modify some of them.
Turning
A great number of new machines, always up to date, composed of automatic lathes flush (n°12 Eubama), mechanical multi-spindle lathes, (n°4 Gildemeister), single spindle lathes with number control for the most sophisticated productions (n°3 Gildemeister) and a transfer from bar (Trans-bar buffoli), which can run until 26 profiling tools. Some Italian artisan have used these machineries in order to provide back working devices.
Wash
The standard modified alcohols process is facilitated by the automatic loading of the perforated boxes and the reading of the washing cycle according to the control plan. It is also possible to use ultrasounds for some special products. For components produced with materials subject to oxidation, the automatic use of a protective product can be selected.
Quality control
“Bianchi Angelo L.t.d” specializes in the production of fittings and small metal parts has adopted numerous quality checks, using different control instruments such as altimeters, on all its production processes, on the processing, on the equipment and on the selection of raw materials.
Support and maintenance
Support and maintenance must be conducted by coordinated instruments, such as gauges, altimeters and intertexts and are usually done at the end of the production process.
Quality control
The standard cycle includes checks every 20 minutes on all dimensions, while for different requests a statistical analysis through X-R cards customized verification cycles can be performed with regards to special requests.
Random checks
We perform a one-off control on the chemical composition of a substance, using external laboratories.
